Our Cardiff based personal trainers are based in our exclusive training facility at St. Peter’s Rugby Club in Cardiff. If you’d prefer to exercise away from the gym environment, we also provide home visits and outdoor sessions.
All our personal trainers are R.E.P.S registered professionals dedicated to providing one-to-one training or group sessions that are personalised to ensure safe and effective training solutions to people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds.
