Boxing Training
Here at Boxfit personal training in Cardiff we provide one to one or group training sessions that are personalised to ensure safe and effective training solutions to people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. We use a combination of training methods alongside a nutrition plan to get the results you want.
Boxing for fitness is one of the hottest fitness trends today. It provides you with a full body workout that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and those calories burning. Unlike typical cardio workouts such as running on a treadmill, you’ll find yourself looking forward to your boxing workout!
Boxing training can be completely non-contact where you will learn the basic punches, footwork and body movement. It provides a whole body high intensity workout, where you can learn along the way.
We also offer the full boxing experience with full contact training. Here you’ll learn every aspect of defence and how to avoid and block the various punches. Once you have mastered defence we’ll move onto controlled sparring, then eventually free sparring. You can view our Boxing Package here.

Kettlebell Training
The beauty of Kettlebells is their versatility. They are not the complete package of fitness but they are pretty close.
They can be used for cardio, strength, fat loss, power and core workouts, and all you need is a little space.
Once you have a right weight for what you want, you can take them anywhere and workout at your leisure.
A main benefit of training with Kettlebells is that the centre of gravity is off set so it recruits other muscle groups to aid in stabilizing and the core muscles are also worked in nearly every exercise.
