Small Group Personal Training

What We Do - Small GroupTrainingNEWSmall group personal training with Boxfit involves same style of coaching and high quality service that we do with our VIP personal training clients at a fraction of the cost. You will work out with 2-3 other people on our unique Fatblast system that comprises of Boxing, Kettlebell and Bodyweight Training.

This sized group is small enough to ensure you still get the dedicated attention, guidance and motivation from one of our experienced personal trainers, working with you to reach your individual fitness goals.

Group Training

Group Training What We DoBoxfit PT Group Training is no ordinary program – our aim is to change lives. It is impossible to do this with just an hour per week so instead we offer memberships. This means that we can offer you the full package that includes exercise, nutrition, support and most importantly serious results! Our Group Training sessions run Monday to Saturday starting from 630am up until 8pm.
