At Boxfit Personal training we provide one to one or group sessions that are personalized to ensure safe and effective training solutions to people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. We use a combination of Boxing and Kettlebell training with a nutrition plan to get the results you want.
Boxing for fitness is one of the hottest fitness trends today. It provides you with a full body workout that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and those calories burning. Unlike typical cardio workouts such as running on a treadmill, you’ll find yourself looking forward to your boxing workout!
Boxing training can be completely non-contact where you will learn the basic punches, footwork and body movement. It provides a whole body high intensity workout, where you can learn along the way.
We also offer the full boxing experience with full contact training. Here you’ll learn every aspect of defence and how to avoid and block the various punches. Once you have mastered defence we’ll move onto controlled sparring, then eventually free sparring.
